- “Services“: The communication-related services provided by CoreSwitch, including APIs, SDKs, VoIP solutions, and technical support.
- “User“: Any person authorized by the Customer to use the Services.

How We Share Personal Data
- These Terms apply when you use CoreSwitch’s Services, either directly or on behalf of an organization.
- If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the necessary authority.
Use of Services
- You agree to use CoreSwitch’s Services lawfully and by the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).
- CoreSwitch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services as necessary.
- You must not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse our Services.
Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- CoreSwitch may suspend accounts that violate security policies.
Fees and Payments
- Customers must pay applicable service fees as detailed in our pricing plans.
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice issuance.
Intellectual Property
- CoreSwitch retains ownership of all proprietary technologies, software, and trademarks.
- Customers may not reproduce or modify CoreSwitch’s intellectual property without written permission.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties.
- Exceptions apply where disclosure is legally required.
Data Protection & Privacy
CoreSwitch’s use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
Customers must comply with applicable data protection laws when using our Services.
Our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies where we process personal data on behalf of Customers.
Indemnification
- Customers agree to indemnify CoreSwitch against claims arising from unauthorized use of our Services.
Limitation of Liability
- CoreSwitch is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination & Suspension
- CoreSwitch may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.
- Customers may terminate services with written notice.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws specified in Schedule 1.
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or other agreed-upon methods.
Amendments
- CoreSwitch reserves the right to modify these Terms with notice.
- Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
